The items inside are new and have never been removed. The magnifying glass is loose inside the packaging. The outside covering of the UPC code is missing. Comes as shown.Card: The card lays flat with light wear. Bubble: The outside bubble is clear with no dents or cracks. The inside plastic has slight discoloration.
