Donatello’s Doomsday Defense Base Playset is a 1996 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles playset released by Playmates as part of the Mini-Mutant Turtle in a Turtle series. The large Donatello figure opens up to reveal a Doomsday Defense Base with a Look-Out Tower, Secret Command Center, Pizza Mess Hall, Bodacious Bazooka, Slammin’ Cannon, and Sewer Radar Outpost. The set includes Mini-Mutant General Donatello and Mini-Mutant Lieutenant Leonardo.

The 1996 Donatello’s Doomsday Defense Base combines a full-size Turtle figure with a miniature play environment, making it one of the more unusual Playmates TMNT playsets of the era. Its transforming base, two Mini-Mutant figures, and interactive features make this vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible especially interesting to fans of the original TMNT toy line.
