City Wars is a 1995 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mini-Mutant playset released by Playmates as part of the Bodacious Battlesets series. The 1995 City Wars playset includes a Mini-Mutant Toon Turtle Leonardo, two High Flyin’ Garbage Cans, a Radical Road Extension, a 4-Way Road Connector, stickers, and instructions. The modular design can connect with other playsets and is compatible with Turtle Transport Vehicles, as well as Hot Wheels and Matchbox track and LEGO blocks.
The Playmates City Wars set creates a miniature urban battle environment where Leonardo can defend the city against the Foot Clan. It was one of four 1995 Mini-Mutant Bodacious Battlesets, alongside Sewer Wars, Pizza Wars, and Dimension X Wars. Its modular road pieces, included Mini-Mutant figure, and compatibility with other toys make this 1995 TMNT City Wars playset a distinctive vintage collectible for fans of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line.
