The 1994 Totally Tiny Turtle Combo is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mini-Mutants set released by Playmates Toys as part of the Turtle Transports assortment. The micro-scale set includes a 1-inch Raphael figure, a Mini-Mutant Party Wagon, and a Mini-Mutant Newscycle with a Mini-News Camera.

The Totally Tiny Turtle Combo features a hinged Party Wagon roof that opens to reveal a cockpit for the tiny Raphael figure, while the Newscycle provides a compact secondary vehicle for capturing the action. Its miniature vehicles, bright Toon-style Raphael, and tiny accessories make this 1994 Playmates TMNT set a distinctive vintage collectible.
