The 1995 Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Metal Mutant Raphael with Phoenix Spirit Armor is a vintage action figure from the Metal Mutants subline. Raphael wears shiny red and gold metallized armor with a Phoenix battle helmet featuring movable wings and distinctive glowing eyes.
The figure includes twin Phoenix Sais, while the removable armor pieces can be detached and assembled into the Spirit of the Phoenix creature. This transforming armor gimmick and fantasy-inspired design make the 1995 Metal Mutant Raphael a distinctive collectible from the vintage Playmates TMNT line.
