The 1995 Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Jim Lee Raphael action figure comes from the specialized Jim Lee TMNT subline. Created in collaboration with legendary Image Comics artist Jim Lee, Raphael features a heavily stylized, bulked-up superhero design with massive metallic armor.
The figure includes a mini-comic, techno-turtle communicator, and two “steel shreddin' sais.” The packaging lore placed the Turtles in Chicago alongside Savage Dragon. Only Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo were officially released, while a planned Leonardo figure remained unreleased, making this 1995 Raphael a distinctive vintage Playmates collectible.
