The 1995 Supermutant Leonardo is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Supermutants subline. Leonardo features a muscular, armored design with a gritty comic-book aesthetic and removable metallic-style Ninja armor.
The Supermutant Leonardo features Rip-Rotatin’ Katanas mounted to a gear mechanism on his back, allowing the blades to spin during play. The removable katanas can also be used by hand, and the figure includes a Slicin’ Ring Blade. This unique action feature and armored design make this 1995 Playmates TMNT figure a distinctive vintage collectible.
