The 1995 Supermutant Rocksteady is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Supermutants subline. Rocksteady features a muscular, heavily armored design that replaces his classic military look with high-tech mutant armor.
The Supermutant Rocksteady includes a Spring-Loaded Grenade Gun, Spiked Bar, and removable snap-on chest and shoulder armor. His explosive weapon gimmick and aggressive armored design make this 1995 Playmates TMNT figure a distinctive vintage collectible from the late original toy line.
