The 1994 Scuba Divin’ Raph is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys in the Sewer Surfin’ Ninja Tubes subline. Raphael wears a colorful scuba suit and comes with the Psych Out Spin Out Scuba Tube, designed for water play.

The set includes a Rotatin’ Bad Buoy Blaster, Divin’ Depth Charge, Foot-Spottin’ Scope, and side oars. Released late in the original toy line, this 1994 Playmates TMNT set had a shorter production run and is a collectible among vintage TMNT fans.
