The 1994 Surfer Leo with Mondo Mutant Surfer Tube is a rare Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure and vehicle set released by Playmates Toys as part of the Sewer Surfin’ Ninja Tubes subline. Leonardo uses the same body mold as the 1991 Sewer Surfer Mike, with blue coloring, custom tattoos, and specialized paint details.
The set includes the inflatable, glow-in-the-dark Mondo Mutant Surfer Tube, Foot-Resistant Tube, Double-Barreled Machine Guns, Shark Slicin’ Surfboard, Pennant Pole, and Surf Net Launcher. Its short production run and limited availability make this 1994 Playmates TMNT set a highly sought-after vintage collectible.
