The 1994 Shogun Shoate is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Shogun Ninjas subline. Based on the Mirage Studios character Chote, Shoate is a muscular dinosaur warrior known as the “Metallic Mad Shogun Mauler.” He features brown and dark green coloring, red eyes, sharp teeth, a white karate gi, and removable metallic-style reptilian armor.
The Shogun Shoate figure includes Dragon-Headed Double Dose Axe, Long Lizard Blade, and Slithery Sharp Snake Slicer, all molded in metallic purple plastic. Released late in the original Playmates TMNT toy line with a limited production run, Shoate is considered one of the rarest Shogun Ninjas figures, making this 1994 TMNT action figure a highly sought-after vintage collectible.
