The 1994 Shogun Shredder is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Shogun Ninjas subline. This version of Shredder features highly reflective silver-chrome armor with distinctive spiked plating, giving the classic TMNT villain a heavily armored Japanese shogun design.
The Shogun Shredder includes a Long Mace, Spirit Stick, Short Shogun Sword, and Hook Knife, originally molded on a weapon sprue in a magenta/red-violet color, with a rare blue weapons variant also known. Original packaged figures included an exclusive Shogun Collector Card. Its metallic armor, weapon variations, and late-era release make this 1994 Playmates TMNT figure a distinctive vintage collectible.
