The 1994 Shogun Raph is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Shogun Ninjas subline. Known as the “Dangerous Dragon Dude Spirit,” Raphael features removable metallized Shogun armor inspired by Japanese feudal warriors and the spirit of the dragon.
The Shogun Raph figure includes two Sais, Dragon Axe, and Dragon Blade, along with an exclusive TMNT Collector Card when originally packaged. Shogun Raph was produced with metallic gold and metallic silver armor variants, as well as a blue weapons variant featuring blue-colored accessories. Its dragon-themed armor, multiple variations, and distinctive late-era design make this 1994 Playmates TMNT figure a notable vintage collectible.
