Centurions Centurions Power Pack (1986)

Power Pack is a vintage Centurions accessory released by Kenner in 1987 as part of the second series of the Centurions toy line. One of only three Series Two products actually released, alongside Sea Bat and Swingshot, the Power Pack was designed to enhance the interactive features of Centurions Assault Weapon Systems.

The Power Pack features a geared, motorized mechanism that attaches to compatible armor systems and automatically activates many of their action features. By pulling the string connected to the radar dish and switching the unit on, the Power Pack can launch missiles, rotate accessories, and create additional movement effects without requiring a hero figure.

The set includes a radar dish, missile, and an adapter that allows it to function independently as a Doom Drones tracking unit. While Kenner advertised compatibility with all Assault Weapon Systems, the Power Pack does not operate with certain systems, including Hornet, Skybolt, and Depth Charger.

Today, the Centurions Power Pack is a rare and highly collectible vintage accessory, sought after by Kenner collectors, 1980s action figure enthusiasts, and fans of the modular Centurions toy line, especially when complete with the original motorized unit, radar dish, missile, and adapter.
