Centurions Tidal Blast Sea Assault Weapon System (1986)

Tidal Blast is a mid-sized Centurions Assault Weapon System designed for Max Ray, the team’s aquatic specialist. This underwater armor system features a double thruster backpack with integrated Shark Missiles, an underwater breathing apparatus, and advanced equipment built for deep-sea missions.

The Tidal Blast armor includes a forearm-mounted Harpoon Gun, rotating Repulsar Cannon, and a Target Sensor for improved targeting accuracy. Additional accessories include a detachable Grappling Hook and Cable Winch, along with an auxiliary Sonic Thruster, making it one of the more utility-focused systems in the Centurions toy line.

The toy features interactive functions, including rotating missile launch controls that alternate between the port and starboard Shark Missiles, as well as a Chest Pack Hydrofoil feature that activates the breathing apparatus movement. The Cable Winch was produced in two mirrored variations, adding to the collectible appeal of this vintage action figure accessory.
