The 1992 Toon Raph is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the colorful Toon Turtles subline. Raphael features a bright lime-green sculpt, crimson-red mask, exaggerated cartoon expression, and a Corkscrew Cranium action feature that spins his head 360 degrees when the back-shell button is pressed.
The Toon Raph includes two Toon Sais, Toon Pizza Disc, and Toon Turtle Communicator. Its goofy spinning-head gimmick, exaggerated cartoon design, and character-specific accessories make this 1992 Playmates TMNT figure a distinctive vintage collectible, with complete examples and working action features especially appealing to collectors.
