The 1992 Toon Irma is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the animated-style Toon Turtles subline. Based on Irma Langenstein from the classic 1987 animated series, the approximately 4.5-inch figure features her signature glasses and Channel 6 news reporter design.
The Toon Irma includes a Laptop Computer, Press Pass with Camera Flash, two Curler Grenades, Hairspray Gun, and Punk-Poundin’ Purse. Her unusual civilian character design and news-themed accessories make this 1992 Playmates TMNT figure a distinctive vintage collectible.
