The 1993 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutatin' Foot Soldier action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the second wave of the popular Mutations subline. Unlike the original 1992 Mutatin' Turtles, which transformed from ordinary pets into ninja heroes, this vintage TMNT action figure features a robotic mutation gimmick that reveals detailed cybernetic components beneath the Foot Soldier’s outer body.
The Mutatin' Foot Soldier transforms through a series of twists and flips that open the figure and expose its inner robotic detailing, creating a unique mechanical appearance. Accessories include an Electro Shock Mace, Mutatin' Baton Blaster, Mutatin' Baton, and Retromutagen Ooze Canister, making this 1993 vintage TMNT collectible a distinctive Playmates Toys Mutations figure.
