The 1993 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutatin' Shredder action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the original Mutations subline. This vintage TMNT transforming action figure recreates Shredder’s transformation from a civilian, un-helmeted “plain ol’ not-so-nice-guy” into the heavily armored and spiked Foot Clan leader, with hidden armor and a helmet incorporated into the figure’s design.

The Mutatin' Shredder transforms by shifting the legs, rotating the breastplate and arm spikes, and retrieving the helmet from a compartment inside the head. Accessories include a Mutating Weapon that changes from a staff into a sword with scabbard, a Retromutagen Ooze Canister, and Mega Mutation Chart, making this 1993 vintage TMNT collectible a distinctive Playmates Toys Mutations release.
