The 1992 5th Anniversary Collector's Turtle is a limited-edition Leonardo action figure released by Playmates Toys to commemorate five years of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line. Based on the original 1988 Leonardo sculpt, the figure features a striking metallized gold finish and was individually numbered, giving each figure a unique place in the anniversary release.

The figure includes two metallized silver katana blades and a commemorative 5th Anniversary manhole cover display stand. Originally presented in an open-window collector display box, the 5th Anniversary Collector's Turtle is a distinctive vintage TMNT collectible prized for its gold finish, numbered production, and limited-edition presentation.
