The 1992 Lieutenant Leo's Bodacious Buggy is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vehicle released by Playmates Toys as part of the Mutant Military sub-line. This amphibious hovercraft is designed for travel across both land and water, featuring a mechanically spinning rear sewer gas fan, a blue front blaster, and two detachable orange sewer surfboards. The vehicle also carries 10 pizza discs that serve as Pizza Power Depth Charges for underwater-themed play.

A complete Lieutenant Leo's Bodacious Buggy includes the orange triple-barrel engine piece, blue front blaster, clear yellow windshield, two orange sewer surfboards, flag pole with sticker, and 10 plastic pizza discs. Playmates reused the molds from the 1991 Toxic Crusaders Hideous Hovercraft, and the Troma Inc. copyright marking can be found on the underside of the TMNT vehicle. With its amphibious design, interactive features, and unusual production history, the 1992 Bodacious Buggy is a distinctive vintage TMNT collectible.
