The 1992 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Star Foot Soldier action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the Movie Star Turtles subline, based on the live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. Unlike the robotic Foot Soldiers from the 1987 animated series, this approximately 4-inch TMNT figure recreates the human ninja appearance of the movie Foot Soldiers with textured skin material, bug-like eyes, and a red bandana.
The Movie Star Foot Soldier came with a Super Star Steel Pole, Ninja Nunchakus, two styles of Super Ninja Stars, and an Ooze Canister. With its movie-inspired design and unique textured construction, this 1992 vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible is a distinctive release from the classic Playmates Toys Movie Stars line.
