Dimwit Doughboy Rocksteady is a 1992 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates as part of the Mutant Military II series. This version of Rocksteady has a military-themed design and comes with a Back Breakin’ Bayonet, Rabid Rapidfire Rifle, Garbage Can Mortar Shooter, and Pop ’em Pistol.
The figure gives Rocksteady a playful military makeover while retaining his familiar rhino character design. Its unusual combination of weapons and themed appearance makes Dimwit Doughboy Rocksteady a distinctive vintage collectible from Playmates’ classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line.
