The 1992 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Star Raph action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the popular Movie Star Turtles subline. Originally appearing in stores in late 1991 and widely distributed in 1992, this approximately 4.5-inch Raphael action figure was designed to resemble Raphael from the 1990 and 1991 live-action TMNT movies, featuring soft, flesh-like rubbery skin inspired by the realistic movie suits.
The Movie Star Raph came with two Silver Screen Sais, a Turtle Shell Shield, Mutagen Ooze, a “Yuk-Yuk” Yo-Yo, Ninja Stars, and a weapons rack. With its movie-inspired sculpt, unique textured skin, and specialized accessories, this vintage TMNT action figure is a notable Playmates Toys Movie Star Turtles collectible.
