The 1992 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutatin' Rocksteady action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the popular Mutations subline. Standing approximately 6 inches tall, this vintage TMNT transforming action figure changes from Rocksteady’s original human thug form into his monstrous mutant rhinoceros form, using twists, turns, and articulated parts to reveal the hidden rhino head and mutant features.
The Mutatin' Rocksteady figure features a camouflage-clad human design with a Foot Clan symbol and transforms into the familiar Rhino mutant. Accessories include the Mutatin' Lunch Launcher Rifle, Lunchbox, Drink Canister, Retromutagen Ooze Canister, Sewer Spiked Bomb, Green-Gettin' Grenade, and Mega Mutation Chart/Stats Card, making this 1992 vintage TMNT collectible a distinctive Playmates Toys Mutations release.
