The 1991 Donatello Sewer Sports Ball is a unique vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy released by Playmates Toys as part of the Sewer Sports Balls line. Rather than a traditional action figure, Donatello is molded in a tucked-up baseball shape, with a soft, easy-grip texture designed for throwing, catching, flipping, and hitting during play.

Measuring approximately 4 inches, the Donatello Sewer Sports Ball was sold individually on cardboard packaging with a display-bin style presentation. Its unusual combination of TMNT character design and functional sports-ball toy concept makes the 1991 Donatello Sewer Sports Ball a distinctive vintage collectible from Playmates Toys.
