The 1991 Retromutagen Foot Ooze is a vintage TMNT slime toy released by Playmates Toys for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toyline. Unlike the green Retromutagen Ooze from 1989, this Foot Clan-themed version contained approximately 4 ounces of non-toxic purple gel. Each container also included a hidden miniature pre-mutant figure, with figures representing either a Turtle or Splinter concealed inside the slime.

The Retromutagen Foot Ooze vintage TMNT toy was designed for use with other TMNT toys and playsets, including the Flushomatic and Muckman action figure. A notable feature of the purple gel was that it could stain the plastic figures stored inside over time, making original examples and their included miniature figures particularly distinctive to collectors of vintage TMNT toys.
