Sewer Sideswipers. It also includes a Speed Shiftin' Sai and Manhole Cover Shield.
The Playmates Cheapskate II was part of the 1991 TMNT vehicle assortment and introduced several cosmetic changes from the 1988 original, including a large Turtle head at the front, new colors, and updated Turtle-themed details. With its skateboard-inspired design and spring-loaded action features, this 1991 TMNT Cheapskate II is a distinctive vintage vehicle from the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line.
