The 1991 Leo's Turtle Trike is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vehicle released by Playmates Toys. Designed as Leonardo's personal three-wheeled hovercycle for the standard 5-inch TMNT figures, the vehicle features a green junkyard-inspired design with a Foot Soldier skull headlight, pizza-themed fuel components, and an action-packed sewer patrol theme. The Turtle Trike is also a repaint and re-release of the Psycho Cycle originally created for Playmates' 1990 Toxic Crusaders toy line.

A complete Leo's Turtle Trike includes the Adjustable Handlebar Toejammer, Detachable Mutant Buzzard, Sewer-Powered Exhaust Pipes, Nitro Pepperoni Auxiliary Fuel Tank, two Surface-to-Shark Missiles, three Anti-Gravity Hover Pods, Callous Foot Scrapper, and Foot-Poking Side Spikes. With its unusual hovercycle design, extensive accessories, and connection to another Playmates toy line, the 1991 Leo's Turtle Trike is a distinctive vintage TMNT collectible for Playmates Toys collectors.
