The 1991 Turtle Blimp II is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vehicle released by Playmates Toys as an updated version of the original 1988 Turtle Blimp. It uses the same basic plastic mold as the original, but features brighter yellow balloon graphics, a different green plastic shade, updated packaging, and reinforced Victory Vinyl designed to improve durability.
The Turtle Blimp II includes four green Turtlehead Bombs: Itchy Powder, Stink-O, Laugh Gas, and Sleep Dust. With its shorter production run, distinctive updated graphics, and increasingly difficult-to-find inflatable balloon, this 1991 Playmates TMNT vehicle is a notable vintage collectible.
