The 1991 Leo's Jolly Turtle Tubboat is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vehicle released by Playmates Toys as part of the original TMNT toy line. Also known as the Bodacious Bubbly Bath Boat, this wind-up bath toy features a pirate-inspired design with a sewer sail, mutant crow's nest, surveillance pelican, toilet seat life preserver, and a plank-style diving board.
The Jolly Turtle Tubboat uses a wind-up mechanism that activates the rear paddle wheel, allowing the boat to move across water or land. It also features a pivoting Soap Scum Cannon and Skimmin' Side Cannons for interactive play and can accommodate standard 5-inch TMNT action figures. With its unusual bath-toy design and mechanical action feature, this 1991 TMNT vehicle is a distinctive vintage Playmates collectible.
