The 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Head Spinnin' Bebop is an action figure from Playmates Toys’ Wacky Action subline. Based on Bebop, the mutant warthog villain, this figure features a wind-up mechanism on his left arm that makes his entire head spin when activated. His punk-inspired design includes purple sunglasses, a bright pink mohawk, and detailed clothing that gives this version a distinctive appearance.
The figure includes a Psycho Sickle, Spiked Skull Ball, and removable Survival Belt, providing a unique set of accessories compared with the standard Bebop release. The spinning head gimmick, colorful design, and unusual weapon assortment make Head Spinnin' Bebop a notable 1991 action figure and vintage collectible for Playmates toy collectors.
