The 1991 Machine Gunnin' Rocksteady is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Wacky Action subline. Standing approximately 4 inches tall, Rocksteady features a modified version of his original 1988 sculpt with a more exaggerated, wild facial expression. A wind-up power pack on his back activates the Rapid Recoilin' Arm Action, moving his arm back and forth to simulate rapid weapon fire.
The Machine Gunnin' Rocksteady TMNT figure includes a Terrifying Tusk Gun, Pulverizing Pistol, Boxing Skull Glove, and Survival Belt. The original carded release also included a National Turtle Quiz Jokebook. With its mechanical action feature, distinctive sculpt, and Wacky Action design, the 1991 Machine Gunnin' Rocksteady is a unique vintage TMNT collectible from Playmates Toys.
