The 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Head Droppin' Leo is an action figure produced by Playmates Toys. Its defining feature is the head-hiding gimmick, which allows the character’s head to be pushed down into his shell to dodge Foot Clan attacks. Squeezing his legs together activates the spring-loaded mechanism, causing the head to pop back out for an interactive play feature.
The figure includes a Garbage Can Scope, Sewer Cover Cap, and Bullfrog Slingshot, giving it a distinctive set of sewer-themed accessories. The combination of its interactive action feature, recognizable design, and unusual gear makes Head Droppin' Leo a notable 1991 TMNT action figure and vintage collectible for Playmates toy collectors.
