The 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Head Droppin' Don is a Donatello action figure produced by Playmates Toys. Its defining feature is the head-dropping gimmick, which allows Donatello’s head to be pushed down into his shell to take cover. Squeezing his legs together activates the spring-loaded mechanism, popping his head back up for an interactive play feature.
The figure includes a Sewerpipe Periscope, Trash Can Head Shield, and Centipede Club, giving Donatello a distinctive set of accessories. The combination of its interactive action feature, character design, and unusual weapons makes Head Droppin' Don a notable 1991 TMNT action figure and vintage collectible for Playmates toy collectors.
