The 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Rock 'N Rollin' Heavy Metal Raph is an action figure from Playmates Toys’ Rock 'N Rollin' subset. Based on Raphael, the red-masked Ninja Turtle, this version features a heavy metal-inspired design with spiked boots and a purple bandanna. His rock-themed styling gives the figure a distinctive appearance compared with the standard Raphael release.
The figure includes a Bass Bashin' Electric Guitar, Drumsticks, and two lightning-bolt-shaped sais, giving Raphael a unique musical weapon assortment. Its heavy metal theme, colorful design, and unusual accessories make Heavy Metal Raph a notable 1991 action figure and vintage collectible for Playmates toy collectors.
