The 1993 Scratch is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as “The Crafty Crook Cat.” This mutant cat wears a black-and-white prison uniform with a ball and chain and was released near the end of the original TMNT toy line.
The Scratch figure includes a Jail Bird, Criminal Cake Gun, Bag o’ Burgled Loot, and Felonious Fish Club. Due to its limited production and late release, 1993 Scratch is one of the rarest and most sought-after vintage Playmates TMNT figures, making complete examples especially desirable among collectors.
