The 1993 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Hot Spot is a vintage action figure from Playmates Toys’ original TMNT toy line and is considered one of its rarest and most sought-after collectibles. Based on Hot Spot, a Dalmatian firefighter, the figure features a white body with black spots, bushy eyebrows, a snarling expression, and a bone in his mouth. His firefighter design includes a red helmet, yellow button overalls, green utility belt, red wristwatch, and heavy-duty boots, along with rotating head, arms, legs, and tail.
The figure includes a Squirtin' Fire Hydrant with Hot Hose, Foot-Fightin' Fire Axe, and Anti-Gaggin' Gas Mask. The working water-squirting hydrant and distinctive firefighter accessories make Hot Spot especially recognizable, while the difficulty of finding the figure complete adds to its collector appeal. Its rarity, unique character design, and original Playmates release make Hot Spot a notable 1993 TMNT action figure and highly sought-after vintage collectible.
