The 1992 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Monty Moose action figure was released by Playmates Toys as part of the original TMNT basic figures line. Created by Ryan Brown, Monty Moose is a mutant moose ally of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with a Canadian Mountie-inspired un iform and a backstory involving Shredder’s mutagenic Ooze Lake.
The Monty Moose action figure came with his beaver sidekick Bob, along with a Packin’ Pistol, Skinnin’ Sabre, Handy Handcuffs, and Belly Belt. Exclusive to the TMNT toy line and comic lore, Monty Moose never appeared in the original animated series, making this 1992 vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible a distinctive figure for collectors.
