The 1991 Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Walkabout is a vintage TMNT action figure from Wave 4, featuring an original mutant kangaroo character inspired by an Australian outback adventurer. Walkabout has an eyepatch, bandana, sculpted tail and pouch, detailed muscular body, and knee articulation for dynamic poses. His accessories include the Eliminating Elephant Gun, Bring 'em Back Boomerang, Outbackpack, and Kid Kangie baby kangaroo.
Walkabout is notable for never appearing in the 1987 TMNT animated series, existing exclusively within the original Playmates toy line. The Kid Kangie accessory fits inside Walkabout's molded pouch, adding to the figure's distinctive character design and making a complete Walkabout with all four accessories especially desirable to vintage TMNT collectors.
