The 1991 Tokka, also known as “The Sewer Snappin’ Turtle,” is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze movie toy line. The figure reuses much of the 1990 Slash body mold, with a new head, new arms, and distinctive brown highlights on his shell and skin.
The Tokka figure includes the Snappin’ Scimitar, Choppin’ Chuks, Sicko Sai, Big Bad Stick, and Belly Bustin’ Belt, molded in bright magenta plastic. Based on the movie character created by Super Shredder with TGRI Retromutagen Ooze, this 1991 Playmates TMNT figure is a distinctive vintage collectible from the Secret of the Ooze era.
