The 1991 Skateboardin’ Mike is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Sewer Sports All-Stars subline. Michelangelo wears a bright neon tank top and matching shorts, replacing his traditional ninja look with a colorful early-1990s extreme sports design.
The Skateboardin’ Mike includes a Turtle-textured skateboard, detachable wheel weights, and two Reptile Roller Blades that can attach to Michelangelo’s feet or the skateboard. The original 1991 figure has a red-painted “M” on his chest, while later reissues used different paint applications. Its skateboarding theme and easily lost accessories make this 1991 Playmates TMNT figure a distinctive vintage collectible.
