Dirtbag is a 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates as part of the basic figure assortment. The mutant mole has a tunneling-themed design and comes with a Jack Hammer Gun, Chisel Knife, 4-Pointed Pick, and Rat Pack, giving him a distinctive set of digging tools and weapons.

Known as the Militant Mutant Mole, Dirtbag was one of the new villains introduced to the Playmates lineup in 1991. His unusual mole design and specialized accessories make this vintage TMNT figure a memorable addition for collectors of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line.
