The 1991 Chrome Dome toy features a large robotic design with a metallic appearance and comes with a Silicon Sai, Neutron Ninja Swords, Gigobyte Goupillon, and Shogun Sash. These accessories give the robotic Foot Clan villain a distinctive martial-arts-inspired arsenal.
The Playmates Chrome Dome was designed as a synthetic soldier created by Shredder and is one of the more unusual robotic villains in the vintage TMNT lineup.
