The 1990 Scumbug is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the original TMNT toy line. Created by Ryan Brown, this mutant cockroach features a grotesque insect design with multiple limbs, a hard shell, and a unique human arm and foot remaining from his mutation.

The Scumbug figure includes a backpack tank, connecting hoses, Anti-Turtle Spray, and a weapon gun. Based on his packaging bio as a mutant exterminator who joined Shredder, this 1990 Playmates TMNT figure is a distinctive and highly collectible vintage villain.
