The 1990 Leo the Sewer Samurai is a vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates Toys as part of the Disguised Turtles subgroup. Leonardo is reimagined as a sewer samurai, combining his classic blue bandana and Turtle design with traditional Japanese-inspired armor and accessories. This figure helped establish the trend of giving the TMNT characters unique historical and themed variations.
A complete Leo the Sewer Samurai includes a Samurai Sewer Sword (Katana), Sword Sheath, Samurai Shield, and Wacky War Banner. With its samurai-themed design and distinctive accessories, the 1990 Leo the Sewer Samurai TMNT figure is a notable vintage collectible from the original Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line.
