Footcruiser is a 1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vehicle released by Playmates for the Foot Clan. Designed as a futuristic black-and-purple attack car inspired by a classic 1950s automobile, the vehicle features Eye Spy Missiles, a rotating Gatling Gun, Foot Turret with Cover, Ooze Blasters, Turtle-seeking Antennas, and a retractable-wheel flight mode.

The 1989 Footcruiser gives the Foot Clan its own heavily armed vehicle to battle the Turtles and can transform from a ground vehicle into an airborne mode. Its unusual design, interactive features, and place in Playmates’ early vehicle lineup make the Footcruiser a memorable vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible for fans of the original TMNT toy line.
