The 1989 Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Usagi Yojimbo is a classic vintage TMNT action figure featuring samurai rabbit Miyamoto Usagi in traditional blue-and-white ronin robes. The 5-inch figure has five points of articulation and includes 5 accessories: a Wacky Weapons Rack, Katana, Wakizashi, Naginata, and Tanto.

Usagi Yojimbo is especially collectible as one of the earliest creator-owned comic characters featured in the Playmates TMNT toyline. The 1989 19-back card represents the original first-run release, while later versions appeared on 21-back, 32-back, and Pop-Up packaging, making the early 19-back version particularly desirable to vintage TMNT collectors.
