Genghis Frog is a 1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure released by Playmates as part of the original basic figure assortment. Known as the Tubular Surfin’ Dude, the mutant frog comes with a Tongue Gun, Radical Razor-Sharp Boogie Board, Surfin’ Shades, and Beach Bandolier with four Cola Can Grenades.
The colorful surfing theme gives Genghis Frog a playful look that stands out among the early TMNT characters. His unusual frog design, boogie board, and collection of themed accessories make the 1989 Genghis Frog figure a memorable vintage collectible from Playmates’ original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toy line.
