The 1982 Tristar International MASH 4077th Medical Unit Helicopter is a vintage military medical helicopter released as part of Tristar's licensed MASH toy line. Style No. 4082 was designed for the company's 3.75-inch (1:18 scale) action figures and is based on the Bell 47-style medical helicopter featured in the television series. The toy includes a clear opening cockpit canopy and two side-mounted patient stretchers for transporting MASH figures.

The Tristar MASH Helicopter originally came packaged with a 3.75-inch action figure, with documented releases featuring Hawkeye Pierce or a generic G.I. Driver/Pilot figure using a blond-painted version of the Hawkeye head sculpt. Designed to work with the MASH 4077th Military Base and other Tristar vehicles, this 1982 MASH helicopter toy is a distinctive vintage collectible for fans of the television series and Tristar action figures.
